This April James’s 3x2m portrait of Dr Peter Lammer and Dr Jan Hruska, the cofounders of Sophos, was unveiled at the head office in Abingdon. Sophos is one of the leading security software and hardware companies .

The brief for the portrait involved painting Peter and Jan as they were roughly fifteen years ago. This was achieved by using a combination of old photographs, sittings with Jan and Peter and the use of a model dressed as Jan and Peter.
